The Bank of Fayetteville remodel on the Fayetteville Square. This Bank of Fayetteville Building consists of the Mrs. Young Building and the Lewis Brothers Building, all of which are on the National Register for Historic Places. The renovation won the Associated Builders and Contractor's Chairman's Award and the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce Historic Restoration Award in 2007.

This project consists of partial demolition of the existing building and construction of a two-story 8,000 SF structure containing offices, restrooms and club seating. Phase I was completed in April 2008, Phase II was completed in October 2008 and Phase III was completed in April 2009.

Sigma Nu fraternity house on the University of Arkansas campus was a
22,000 SF housing facility for the Sigma Nu Fraternity. This project
consisted of extensive site work and safety concerns with the amount of
student traffic on campus. The project was completed on time for the
August 2007 Semester within budget and without any serious or lost time
accidents.

The Alice Walton Terminal Addition increased the existing terminal over 10,000 SF and added a second baggage claim carousel. The existing terminal was kept in operation and public safety was the primary concern for the construction team.

This project consisted of a 42,000 SF indoor practice facility and remodeling of 8,000 SF of existing locker rooms and coaches offices. The indoor facility was completed in 5 months and the renovation was completed in 9 weeks.
