About Us

Milestone Construction is a full service construction management/general construction firm led by Sam Hollis, President & Co-Founder, and Travis Ruff, Co-Founder, primarily serving Northwest Arkansas and its surrounding communities.

Sam Hollis has over 20 years of consistently reputable commercial construction experience including general contracting, construction management and design/build. He most recently served as Vice President/Area Manager in Arkansas for Oakridge Builders, Inc, where he managed projects such as the Rogers High School, the University of Arkansas Gibson Hall, and the University of Arkansas Mullins Library. Sam has also served as state President of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Arkansas. Travis Ruff has an extensive background in initial startup, as well as continued business growth. Serving as President of Atlantis Development Corporation based in Harrison, AR, he specializes in real estate development. Prior to Atlantis, Travis led the eCommerce and Customer Center Support divisions for FedEx Freight.

In the pursuit of excellence, Milestone provides quality workmanship combined with a personalized element designed specifically for the individual client’s needs. Milestone has the capacity to handle construction projects varying in size from renovations and interior tenant finish projects to large multi-million dollar developments. Milestone has concentrated on commercial projects in Northwest Arkansas, directing the focus on pre-construction and construction services of a negotiated nature.
