Pre-Construction Services
 
A projects pace and feel can be defined before the earth has ever been touched.  Therefore, we believe in solid preconstruction planning to ensure meeting the needs of all parties involved.
 
Pre-construction Budgeting
 
We believe in preparing preliminary budgets during the design process to ensure when the final construction documents are released there are no surprises and our Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is within the Owner’s budget requirements.  This is achieved by assisting both the Owner and Architect in value analysis cost saving options while maintaining strict standards in quality.
 

Construction Services
 
Safety
 
Safety is our primary concern; not only for our workers but for anyone who might come in contact with our sites.  All of our Superintendents have completed an OSHA 10 hour safety training course.  
 
Supervision
 
While work is occurring there will always be a Milestone Supervisor on site to ensure quality, accuracy and safety.  Our Superintendents will have a goal of a “no punch-list” project.
 
Post-Construction Services

Project close-out will start with the first day we set foot on site.  We will make sure that as materials are put into the ground the as-built drawings are updated weekly for accurate future reference.  We will ensure that the Owner’s personnel are adequately trained and that the close-out documents are kept in a neat orderly fashion.
 
The construction industry has a reputation of not completing punch list and projects in timely fashion. Milestone sees this as an opportunity to differentiate ourselves from our competition and continuously improve our process of delivering construction services. We will generate our own punch list as construction progresses and hold each trade accountable for any deficiencies at that time, not at the end of the project.
